Hotel Residence Sanremo is located in a quiet area of Isola Grado, opposite the thermal center and the main beach.
A few steps from the pedestrian area and less than ten minutes walk from the historical center. An ideal location for a holiday dedicated to wellness and relax.
The Hotel Residence Sanremo is very close to the Congress Center and the beach dedicated to our four-legged friends/pet friends.
Despite the peace of the location there is no lack of restaurants where you can taste the culinary delights of Grado, in fact we have signed agreements with some of them for your lunches and dinners, for your convenience!

Dog Friendly

We accept small and medium-sized dogs for a small daily charge.
The beach dedicated to them, “the lido di fido” is only a few steps away from the Hotel so you can spend a pleasant holiday with them!
Groups Friendly
Thanks to the large hotel accomodation, the hotel Sanremo is an excellent solution for accommodating groups, bikers too.
We have recharging points for bikes and electric cars in our garage.
We also offer a half-board service to make groups stay as comfortable as possible.
Excursion and day trip booking service
Every day the Grado Island offers a rich choice of excursions, guided tours, trips in the Grado lagoon or even out of town, they are bookable directly and comfortably at our reception.
